Step into the historic South Atrium of Michigan Central Station and take a breath.
Qigong (气功) is a gentle practice interweaving light movement, breath, and meditation to support your body's optimal flow. No experience or fitness level required.
Join us 2–4pm for a drop-in session featuring multiple 25-minute guided flows throughout the afternoon — come for one round or stay for several.
Your facilitator, Melody Z, is a community organizer and practitioner of Chinese medicine and founder of Jujube Sanctuary, a space for healing and liberation rooted in Daoist healing arts.
