JOIN THE BEAUTY OF A SENSUAL, HEART ACTIVATING TANTRIC PINK PUJA CEREMONY TO EMBRACE BLISS-FILLED ECSTASY, AND DISCOVER NEW PATHWAYS TO ALLOW MORE JOY AND PLEASURE INTO YOUR BODY AND LIFE.
A Puja is a devotional offering, a ceremony. A ‘Pink Puja’ is a sensual (non-sexual) ceremony, in which we will be honoring the God and Goddess within us all through a series of guided rituals and exercises.
Each exercise will be explained, demonstrated and then guided by your host. All set to a carefully curated playlist.
The rituals are designed to bring in more love, invoke the sacred and take us into a sublime state.

This is the perfect place for your nervous system to relax, to self regulate and to co-regulate with other beautiful humans.
This is also the perfect place to practice boundaries and consent, asking for what you want and saying NO.

You are invited to open your heart and dive deeply into your senses, tune into your body, and integrate your playful and sensuous sides.
We will co-create a beautiful, BRAVE SPACE to experientially learn and practice consent, boundaries and empowering communication skills.
Choose to experience the adventure with one particular partner, exploring and deepening your connection or be part of the rotating circle of singles, connecting with a new person for each exercise.
Couples and singles are equally welcome.

What to Wear:
Something comfortable that you feel good/sexy in. Layers are recommended so you can make yourself comfortable and decide how much skin you want to expose. Clothing boundaries for the event: “like on a public beach”.
Please come FRESHLY showered, without cologne (some attendees have allergies) and with fresh breath as we are in close proximity to each other.
What to Bring:
IMPORTANT **A nest = a soft mat, blankets and pillows, a water bottle. Snack to share (optional) post event as this fun tends to make us very hungry.
Who is it for?
All experience levels of couples are welcome.
Singles who have attended one or more of my other events are welcome.
This is not an event for 1st timers! We'd be happy to see you at "A Taste of Tantra" if you've never been before.

You do not need a partner to attend this event. You are welcome to bring a partner. If you're bringing a partner you plan to do all the exercises with, please purchase a single 'couple' ticket which is for two people.
18+ Adults only.

Divine Within Wellness or other location as is deemed appropriate for the group size.
Confirmed location will be sent out 24 hours prior to event.
When:
Doors open: 6:30 pm for setting up your nest
Doors lock: 6:55 pm

Workshop Boundaries:
No touching of bust, butt, nor genitals unless explicitly requested by owner of said body parts.
Asking to touch said bits, not permitted.
Touching bust, butt or genitals without being asked is a boundary and consent violation.
Everything I offer is an invitation (except for workshop boundaries which are not negotiable.)
You are encouraged to find, and express your boundaries. This includes modifying exercises to meet your own needs in every moment (as long as you still maintain workshop boundaries.) I'm available to assist in modifications.

About your Neo-Tantric Adventure Guide/Host:
Coach Lynda Switzer B.A., B Ed. has been having a blast co-facilitating experiential workshops on communication, intimacy and conflict management since 2017. She is immersed in practicing self-compassion and self-acceptance and is committed to Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
A student and teacher of tantra for over a decade, Lynda shares her appreciation for witnessing the divine in all beings, personal growth and self-expression. Her approach is collaborative and playful. You'll feel this energy because attendees say it's palpable.
Additionally, Relationship Alchemist, Coach Lynda (a former teacher) is trained in the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy for Couples, Tantra Counselling, NLP and NVC. She has taught individuals, couples and groups how to reinvigorate stagnant relationships, increase the quality/depth of their connection and, to prevent/manage conflict. Lynda is also the Tantra Speed Date Facilitator for The Tantra Institute of New York City.
Lynda is dedicated to choosing love over fear in her own life and to teaching others how to create joyful, vibrant and juicy relationships.
