This is a class led by Jessica d'Arcy and Ingrid Richter. Ingrid will be administering ear seeds, which are a gentler form of acupunture - ear seeds are tiny adhesive metal seeds that are used instead of acupuncture needs on the ears to calm the nervous system. Once the seeds are placed, Jessica will lead a guided meditation journey while Ingrid will move around the room providing Usui Reiki treatments to all participants. The cost is $30 and this class will be an hour and 15 mins. Yoga mats and pillows are provided and you are welcome to bring whatever else you need for comfort. We will each pick an oracle card at the end. You must sign up online to reserve your space. Reservations close 12 hours before the event.
