Step into a serene and peaceful space specifically designed to help you embrace calmness, find inner peace, relieve anxiety, and shed negative energy.
With the Release & Renew Sound Bath and Guided Meditation experience, you will experience soothing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls, gentle chimes and other instruments. You'll be guided to release the burdens that no longer serve you as they wash over you.
Allow the soothing and harmonious vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gentle chimes, and other carefully selected harmonious instruments to envelope you. Throughout this tranquil session, you will be gently guided to release the burdens and stresses that no longer serve you, encouraging you to let go, breathe deeply, and emerge fully refreshed and rejuvenated as they drift away.
When the session ends you will be able to sleep deeper and wake up feeling more refreshed with a renewed sense of calm.
WHAT TO BRING: A yoga mat and water.
WHAT'S PROVIDED: Blocks and Blankets (blankets are limited, first come first serve). Please bring your own blankets if you would like more comfort during the sound bath.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the event time to find parking and set up your spot in the studio. This is a journey inward and outward so you may experience emotions that are stirred up by the poses and the sound vibrations or the yoga postures.
