Come join us for a relaxing evening of guided meditation and healing sound bath at Dark & Light Coffee. Let go of your stress and worries as you immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations that will wash over you, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

You will be lead through a meditation session designed to calm your mind and body, followed by a healing crystal sound bath to help balance your energy and promote healing.

Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this session is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and find inner peace. Don't miss out on this opportunity to treat yourself to a night of relaxation and rejuvenation.

Yoga matts, blankets and pillows provided. No experience needed, the whole session will be guided. Please wear comfortable clothes. Layers and warm socks also recommended as the body temperature can fluctuate during a sound bath. Feel free to bring a journal to write down anything down too.
