Experienced meditation instructor Sarah Fredrickson leads us on a guided clearing and healing meditation bringing harmony to our body, mind and spirit. She utilizes a variety of healing tools, such as tuning forks and her intuitive skills to cultivate an experience that connects all to their innate healing potential. Sarah has been in the healing field for nearly 25 years as a CranioSacral Therapist, Licensed Massage therapist, Reiki master teacher, and Meditation instructor. Sarah is also a Hanmi Esoteric Buddhist Disciple and is continuing her education in Kundalini Yoga, Vedic Astrology, Breathwork, Tuning Forks and more! Sarah teaches classes and offers sessions to help people deepen their connection to the inner wisdom and Divine intuitive gifts we all have. Sarah is also a prayer chaplain here at Unity of Port Richey.
