We come to Thanksgiving this week, a holiday of giving thanks. It is a practice long encouraged by the Buddha; he asks us to continually celebrate our many blessings as a way of gladdening and steadying the heart.
In this evening’s gathering, we will explore our blessings as we practice together with the nourishment of gratitude.
