Join us every Sunday at noon for a welcoming, guided meditation in the peaceful space of our Unitarian Universalist classroom. Whether you’re new to meditation or a longtime practitioner, you’ll find a supportive, nonjudgmental circle to help you quiet the mind, deepen presence, and connect with your inner self.
Each session includes:

✨ Guided meditation and time for silent practice
