Find peace, presence, and restoration in our Guided Meditation class. Through gentle guidance of breath awareness you’ll be supported in bringing stillness to the mind and reconnecting with yourself. Whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice, this class welcomes all levels and offers a nurturing space to reset and reconnect.

This unique 30 minute class focuses on mindfulness to support emotional balance and mental clarity. You’ll be guided through calming meditation techniques designed to reduce stress, enhance focus, and promote a sense of inner ease. The practice encourages deep rest while fostering self-awareness and resilience.
Our experienced instructor will gently lead each meditation with clear cues and supportive guidance, creating a safe and inclusive environment. You’re invited to show up exactly as you are.
