Guided Mediation & Sound Healing with Aura Stream

Aura Stream and Lyal Nickals are partnering to bring a restorative sound bath experience to the space for the first time, led by Angela, an accredited meditation practitioner and sound healer based in the East Bay.

This one-hour session is designed as a space to relax, slow down, and take care of your mind and body. Together, guests will move through guided breathwork, meditation, and light journaling to help check in, reset, and unwind. Crystals and writing materials will be provided for use during the experience.

Guests will be immersed in soothing sounds from crystal singing bowls and rainsticks, designed to calm the mind, release tension, and restore a sense of balance. Whether new to sound baths or returning to the practice, everyone is invited to simply show up as they are—no experience needed.

Please be sure to bring a yoga mat and/or blanket. Cushions and pillows are optional.
