On this fun and festive All-New tour, visit one of the world’s most important contemporary art neighborhoods, with a mix of renowned galleries and start-up galleries. You’ll see cutting-edge painting, sculpture, electronic media and photography, by artists of remarkable diversity.
The tour is led by Rafael Risemberg who has a Ph.D. in arts education. He will lead you on an insightful, entertaining and affordable journey through a contemporary and amazing art scene. Rafael explains the art in ways that makes the experience meaningful for everyone while encouraging everyone to share their thoughts.
Our tours take place no matter what the weather is like. Our group will be joining Rafael’s larger group tour.
Following the tour many in the group will likely grab a drink / snack at a local café.
The group will meet in front of 202 Bowery near Rivington St.
Pay $30 when you arrive. Cash Only.
Please note there are limited of no bathrooms available during the tour (plan ahead)

Can I come alone? Yes 99% of the people come to this event on their own to meet new people and check out some cool art.
What do I wear? Dress for the weather. Be casual and comfortable.
What to expect: We are piggybacking on a larger tour of about 30 people. We will have 10-20 from our group. The age range for our people is normally 20s to 40s. The larger group is up to 60s. Rafael the tour director will make sure the people participating from NYSN know who is part of our group.
How long does it last? about 2 hours
How will I find the group? We will send you a confirmation email with exact locations, contact info and names of those who are hosting the event when you register and send follow up emails as we get closer.
