Join us the first Monday of every month for a relaxing guided meditation.Take a moment to pause and reconnect. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork to calm and center the mind, followed by a soothing guided meditation to help you find peace and clarity. We’ll conclude with grounding techniques to help you carry this calm into the rest of your day, week and month.
please bring a blanket and cushion for extra comfort.
You may meditate sitting up, seated on a chair or laid down, however you are most comfortable.
All welcome, no prior experience needed.
I understand starting something new can be daunting, so if you are new to group and feel nervous please let me know prior to arrival and I can meet you outside.
