🌿 Guided Breathwork Meditation & Social HourHosted by Riverlight Center
Join us for a calming and grounding guided breathwork meditation, followed by a relaxed social hour for connection and reflection.
This practice uses laying-down pranayama (breathwork) to help regulate the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive community environment.
Whether you are brand new to meditation or have an established practice, all are welcome.

🎒 What to Bring
• Yoga mat (mats available to borrow)
• Blanket
• Eye covering (eye mask or small towel)
• Bring your lunch or grab something at one of our local restaurants and join us for a laid back social hour afterwards.
(We will be laying down during meditation.)
*This type of meditation may not be suitable if you are pregnant or have serious medical conditions so please check with your doctor if you are unsure.
