Join Tranquil Essence for an evening of intentional breathing, reflection, and collective gratitude. This guided breathwork and gratitude circle is designed to create a safe, calming space for community members to pause, reconnect, and restore—mind, body, and spirit.
Through gentle breathwork practices and guided reflection, participants will be supported in releasing stress, grounding the nervous system, and cultivating gratitude as a tool for emotional balance and inner healing. The evening will close with a shared circle, offering space for connection, reflection, and collective presence.
This experience is open to all and welcomes individuals at every stage of their healing journey. No prior experience with breathwork or meditation is required.
