Come and enjoy the morning with the reserve volunteers and their knowledgeable friend Nic. Bring your binoculars, clean walking shoes, an inquisitive mind, and a watchful eye!
Delight in nature and our park’s bustling birdlife, followed by a five‑minute bird count, then a BBQ brunch and chat to finish.
The Birkdale Beach Haven Community Project supports this event as part of our month-long festivities for Celebrating Communities - an annual festival that celebrates the diverse and vibrant communities of Beach Haven and Birkdale.
With funding from Kaipātiki Local Board, this festival creates spaces for our community to come together to connect, learn and celebrate!
