Guided Autobiography (GAB) Program is a 6-week program which helps enrich lives through writing, sharing, and preserving life stories and experiences. This class series will be led by the USC Verdugo Hills Hospital's Community Resource Center for Aging (CRCA), and runs from October 1st - November 5th. Attendance for all six each sessions are required. Pens and paper will be supplied. People are welcome to bring their computers to write.
