Comprising of 17 chapters, the Guhyasamaja Tantra holds a special place in the Gelug tradition as it is one of the three Kingly Tantras recommended by Lama Tsongkhapa. Lama Tsongkhapa further said that just to read, study, or even come into contact with this tantra creates immense benefit, and as long as Guhyasamaja’s Tantra remains, all other tantras will remain too.
