Join the Military Women’s Memorial for an exclusive discussion with Jessica Yahn, Executive Producer of Guerrera, and members of the special operations and counterterrorism community.
In partnership with AllTru, Dulcinea Productions, and the Atlantic Council’s Counterterrorism Project, this event highlights Guerrera, a powerful new docuseries. Guerrera tells the true story of the Cultural Support Teams (CST) and Female Tactical Platoon (FTP), groundbreaking women who operated on the frontlines in America’s longest war. The conversation will explore the significance of bringing these unique perspectives of war to life and how women’s contributions in special forces continue to shape counterterrorism strategies and strengthen today’s U.S. warfighting capabilities ensuring a strategic advantage over adversaries.
Attendees will also have the chance to view unreleased footage from the filming of Guerrera. Additionally, the Military Women’s Memorial will showcase an exhibit honoring women in special operations forces (SOF).

Host: Mr. Doug Livermore
Info: Doug is the SVP of Solution Engineering for The CenCore Group, where he spearheads business development in support of the Intelligence Community and Special Operations Forces and is also currently serving as the Deputy Commander for Special Operations Detachment – X, providing critical support to JSOC. Prior to joining CenCore, he served for three years as the Director of Sensitive Activities and Irregular Warfare in the Office for the Department of the Navy. Doug also served as a sensitive activities advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low-Intensity Conflict, and previously covered a similar portfolio advising the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security. In addition to his many publications and volunteer endeavors, Doug is the VP of the Special Operations Association of America, National Director for External Communications for the Special Forces Association, a member of the Atlantic Council’s Counterterrorism Project.
