About this Event
Guelph Gala is an event where fashion and live performances come together in one inspiring evening.
Designers, singers, and dancers—featuring both local Guelph talent and artists from outside the city—will showcase their work and introduce themselves to the Guelph public. The event will also include a fashion competition, where designers will present their best pieces for a chance to win a prize.
In addition to celebrating creativity, Guelph Gala is a fundraiser for Rapid International Medical Support (RIMS). RIMS delivers immediate, practical medical aid to people affected by war and humanitarian crises, especially in areas where resources are limited and the need is greatest.
This fundraiser supports a Canadian paramedic deploying to Ukraine’s frontline in September 2026, providing emergency medical care alongside Hospitallers, a volunteer medical unit operating in active conflict zones. Funds raised will help cover the transport of essential medical supplies into Ukraine, as well as critical operational costs. This support enables sustained frontline medical response, including casualty evacuation and trauma care under extreme conditions.
By supporting this mission, donors directly contribute to lifesaving medical care at the point of injury and help ensure trained medical professionals can operate where they are needed most.
