About this Event
Ready to put your problem-solving skills to the test? Welcome to the 2026 Lang Leadership Summit.
This is not a traditional case competition; it is a leadership accelerator. We are moving beyond the standard profit-focused models to challenge you on the Triple Bottom Line. In partnership with The Globe and Mail, this summit invites you to step into the role of a "Responsible Leader." Someone who can navigate the tension between Equity, Sustainability, and Ethics in a complex global economy.
Why This Event is Unique
- The "Learn-Then-Do" Model: We invest in you before we test you. Your day begins with hands-on workshops led by industry experts in EDI, Sustainability, and Crisis Ethics. In the afternoon, you will immediately apply these frameworks in a high-stakes strategy sprint.
- Presented by The Globe and Mail: As an Informed Leader, you will be challenged to integrate real-world media insights into your solution. The event features a Keynote address from a Globe and Mail representative.
- The "Executive Triage" Challenge: You wonโt just solve a problem; you will make a decision. The case focuses on a "Triple Threat" scenario where you must prioritize competing values under pressure.
- All-Inclusive Experience: Your ticket also includes a networking lunch with industry and a ticket to the evening Awards Gala at Cutten Fields.
