Workshop OverviewGua Sha is part of traditional Chinese medicine in which a tool is used to scrape people's skin in order to produce light petechiae. Gua Sha is believed to treat "stagnant qi" and increase circulation which promotes cell repair, regeneration, healing, and recovery to the area that is targeted.
