Unwind as you’re gently guided into a restorative alchemy sound journey helping to release tension, ease stress, and invite a deep sense of inner peace whilst laying on a soft luxury floor mattress, with a blanket, pillow and eye mask for added comfort.
A small group session with a capacity of 8 people to offer you a more personal journey in my boutique studio.
