This event will feature Guest Speaker Meera Kanojia, Retired Canadian Forces Navy. Meera was born and raised in Canada in a middle-class family with a humble upbringing. She learned the importance of respecting others, working hard, and being dedicated to achieving her goals. She brought this passion with her when she served in the Canadian Forces Navy for 10 years, after which she was honoured with the Quilt of Valour. Since leaving the military she has been inspiring hundreds of other military veterans across the country and regularly competes in sporting challenges throughout the world.
