Please come witness the launch of GSIAaP (Global Social Issues Awareness and Prevention)!About this Event
The GSIAaP is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to advocate for awareness and prevention of social issues. There will be featured performers, a painting showcase, and auctions. Guests will then be invited to participate in a game of pool where they will be challenged to pot all 15 balls in any order within 4 minutes or less. The participant who pots most or all of the balls in the shortest amount of time will win and will receive a trophy.
We will give a compact and facts-based, 8-minute each issue, presentation on the core issues GSIAaP is advocating for and that we all at some point in our lives have faced as a society.
These issues are:
- Assault
- Racism
- Bullying
- Robbery & Burglary
- Mental Health
- Gun Violence
- Alcohol & Other Drugs Abuse
- LGBTQ+
