No Name Collective proudly presents: GRUUT LAWIJT: WINTER EDITION!
On this cold dark night, we come together to enjoy a cozy night of Occult Rock. A fine selection of both Belgian and international acts will transform our beloved brewery into an esoteric realm of mystery and wonder.
LINE-UP:
DJIIN (FR):
A psychedelic stoner-rock band whose name is inspired by spirits and other beasts of the semitic beliefs and traditions. Influenced by 70’s progressive rock and krautrock bands, doom scene and heavy rock from the glory days of the early Sabbath era, as well as other modern references based on the diversity between western and traditional eastern sonorities, Djiin develops a personal, atypical and captivating universe. The use of the electric harp in this “classic“ rock line-up gives unique and surprising sonorities that accentuate theband’s mystic and ritualistic universe.

ThELMA RAMON (US/BE):
A Texan singer-songwriter, lyricist and multi-instrumentalist based in Belgium. This is an alternative musical endeavor influenced by doom, post-punk, and gothic rock amongst other genres. With her live band members by her side (featuring (ex-)members of Arkhon Infaustus Official, Absolutus and Goat Torment, a gloomy vision is kept alive. Thelma Ramon's debut album "Vultures" is out on Consouling Sounds and for the occasion, she will bring us some brand new upcoming songs!

MOULD (NL):
A droning low-tuned five-piece from the Netherlands, merging sonic doom and epic sludge. The blend of their guitar-heavy sound with atypical/clean female and male vocals gives their music a unique sound. Call it heavy with a sparkle, massive but open, gorgeously sludgy. They released their debut album Pull & Repulsion in May 2024 via Polderrecords.

Belgo-Babylonian Bloom Metal featuring (ex-)members of Aborted, A Thousand Sufferings, Her Fault, Paragon Impure and Avatar (BE). Their debut "Hybris" saw the darkness back in 2024 (Ván Records), but until now they weren't playing live. UNTIL NOW!

Gruut was founded in 2009 by Annick, a passionate descendant from a dynasty of brewers. The unique thing about Gruut is the brew with a medieval herb mix instead of hops. Research shows it even diminishes hangovers! As if that's not enough, Gruut also insists on contributing to equality and ecology. Try their various products!
