The workshop will be divided into two parts and will cover
Launching new markets - Driving an Asymmetrical Share of Voice in Marketing
Kagan shares six key marketing principles we use when entering new markets, with a special focus on the concept of "reach" and why it’s crucial. This session is designed to be practical and relevant for companies of all sizes—whether you’re a startup with a $10k budget or an established brand working with $10m. We’ll explore strategies that apply to both B2B and B2C environments, covering how to achieve more than your budget suggests in any market, including core English-speaking regions.
The Importance of Input-Based Metrics for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs)
This session dives into the value of setting input-based metrics that teams can control, rather than focusing on top-line results. You’ll learn how these metrics can drive the right behaviors, provide actionable insights, and give leaders powerful diagnostic tools. Ideal for fast-growing teams looking to measure progress effectively, this workshop will also help those aiming to identify areas that need more resources and attention.
This workshop is most relevant for Founders, Chief Operating Officers and Heads of Growth / Strategy / Marketing and / or Internationalisation. It is best suited to software companies (both B2B and B2C).
Places are limited for this exclusive workshop and tickets will sell out fast!
Morning tea will be provided
