This FREE event offers an introduction to the Growth Leaders approach, By the end of the morning you'll identify key areas to help you achieve your growth ambitions - together with 5 specific actions you can implement immediately.

We will:

• Explore critical systems - showing the key components across sales, marketing, strategy, process, etc. every leader must build and control - for a business to thrive.
• Assess your business’s current strengths and weaknesses against best practice and quickly identify where to concentrate your efforts to deliver the most benefit.
• Demonstrate how Growth Leaders helps you resolve the challenges and issues you face today through facilitated peer discssions.

It is ideally positioned for leaders running businesses operating at between £150k to £1.5mil turnover (or thereabouts – please ask!).
