About this Event
Hosted by the Center for Coaching in Organizations (CCO)
CCO is a 501c3 organization founded by a group of experienced coaches and coach trainers with the mission of unleashing human potential through the power of coaching. That encompasses everything from growing leaders who embody a coaching mindset to those who can tackle complex messy issues with grace and centeredness. CCO’s mission focuses on expanding the reach and access to coaching and coach training in what have been vastly underrepresented populations. One way we increase access is through our Growth Rings Learning Events, these are free and open to anyone.
Topic: Working With Leaders Who Are Grieving
Presented by: Kris Indahl, MA, PCC
Session Details: Leaders are used to taking charge and making things happen. But when they experience a loss of a loved one (or other profound losses) how does that impact them? No one goes through life without some sort of loss. We all experience grief at some point and some of us have profound losses that are completely shattering. So, what is it like to lead while grieving?
In this 90 minute exploration we’ll discuss:
- How leaders grieve
