💫 Sales and Marketing Plan - who is your ideal customer (like really - not who you think it should be), what message will you share and how will you reach them?
💫 Implementation Plan - Create a plan to ensure that you will do what you said you will do.
A Detailed Workbook will also be provided.
This day has been designed for you. A chance to create a solid plan for your business for the year ahead and ensure that you can bounce your ideas off other like-minded business owners.
There will also be lots of opportunities to network and collaborate with other business owners.
