Join us for a fun and heartwarming spring yoga class that celebrates blooming joy on April 12th at 11AM! This playful family session is filled with fun poses, silly games, and spring-inspired moves that will have kids and parents stretching, giggling, and embracing the season of new beginnings. We finish with a craft. Great for ages 5-7!Pre-registration is required! These events fill up fast! From “Flower Pose” to “Bunny’s Downward Dog,” we’ll journey through a garden of yoga-inspired adventures and mindful moments that celebrate the beauty of spring. Whether you're a busy bee or a playful butterfly, this class is sure to bring joy and a burst of sunshine to your springtime.
Cost for one grown up and one kiddo is just $30. This includes the class and your make-and-take craft! Additional kiddos can be registered for just $5. Email [email protected] for the access code.
