Note from organizer:
"Being a therapist and healer isn't just a career- it's a lifestyle. With how quickly our world has shifted to virtual platforms, it is even more essential that WE are getting that in-person connection with other healers. Sometimes we find ourselves pouring from a nearly empty cup into the lives of others. This workshop is intended to be a time where we fill our cups back up through the mutual passion, drive, and dedication to humanity that we share. I'm so excited to meet and connect with each and every one of you!"
This is a donation-based event. All donations are used to support the supplies provided, and reservation costs. Any remaining funds are filtered back into the work that is being done to continue providing opportunities for connection and healing in the community. A minimum contribution of $1 is required to save your spot. Contribute what you wish.
This workshop is led by Hannah Brooks, LMFT, Co-founder of Whole Wellness Therapy, San Diego. Hannah currently manages a successful group therapy practice in Mission Valley, serving individuals and couples (in-person and online), and is passionate about cultivating community within the health and wellness field. Some of the current work being done to cultive community includes: Founding and Co-leading a womens wellness group called San Diego Dreamers, that has been featured in SD News; Standing as the sole counselor/therapist at BNI City Pros; Serving as the lead clinician for a non-profit program serving the unhoused; and hosting a series of donation-based creative expression workshops and journaling groups in the comminity.
