About this Event
Welcome to Growing Together: Breathwork | Yoga | Cacao | Garden Tour! Join us for a day of relaxation and connection at the College Area Community Garden. Immerse yourself in the healing power of breathwork and yoga sessions, followed by a delicious cacao ceremony. Then, embark on a guided garden tour to learn about sustainable practices taking place at the garden and to connect with nature. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind, rejuvenate, and grow together. We can't wait to see you there!
All-level sof practioners are welcomed!!
What to bring:
- your own mat
- blanket for under your mat
- any props needed for you (blocks, bolsters)
- water bottle
- mug/cup for cacao
The exchange for this event will be on sliding scale ($15-50), whatever you can offer will be welcomed. The majority of the funds allocated will be donated to , a community farm located in City Heights. This farm has been run and tended to for over 15+ years by a diverse group of community members of all backgrounds, mostly refugees, who are facing legal battles against potential eviction.
