Growing Through It (She CAN Brunch)

Growing Through It is a two-hour, intentionally curated experience for women navigating one of the most demanding seasons of life—balancing careers, relationships, family, purpose, and personal well-being, often all at once.

This gathering creates space for women to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves while engaging in honest dialogue around mental health, burnout, boundaries, and redefining success. Rather than promoting hustle culture, the focus is on sustainable growth, emotional wellness, and alignment—personally and professionally.

Through panel conversation, interactive reflection, and wellness-centered engagement, attendees will leave feeling seen, supported, and equipped with tools they can apply immediately in their everyday lives.
