Join us for a morning of education, connection, reflection, and support. This FREE event is a welcoming space for moms of all ages with their babies aged 0-2 years old.

Each group will meet twice a week during the 8-week series. We invite you to attend one of the two sessions each week. Weekly topics include mental overload, physical function, co-occupations with baby, setting boundaries, partner intimacy and more!
