About this Event
Gratitude is an active habit.
Neurographica is a structured drawing method developed by Dr. Pavel Pisarev that
combines art and psychology. By focusing on the act of drawing, Neurographica enables participants to explore their inner states and foster personal growth in a mindful and intentional way.
~ In this particular drawing exercise, we will focus on the powerful symbolism of the tree to cultivate and deepen our sense of gratitude.
The tree serves as a visual representation, allowing us to nurture gratitude not only for
ourselves but also for our community and the wider environment.
~ By engaging with this imagery, we gain a unique perspective; the process enables us to see, clearly mapped out on paper, the abundance that is already present in our lives.
This visual journey encourages reflection and appreciation, reinforcing the connections between our inner growth and the richness of the world around us.
