About this Event
This year, we are hosting a 10-part series of workshops focussed around food growing through the year using organic principles.
You can book on to all of the workshops, a few or just the one.
However, we recommend joining as many as possible to enhance the learning opportunity.

January 27th: Crop planning for food and fertility with Poppy Nicol (Global Gardens Project)
February 24th: Pruning fruit trees and bushes with Kai Lange (Biodynamic Agricultural College)
March 30th: Growing salad through the Year with Sophie Bolton (Cardiff Salad Garden)
April 27th: Weeds as food and biodindicators with Stephen Watts (Ediculture)
May 25th: Integrating Permaculture Principles in your food growing space with Sally Hughes (Wild Ceridwen)
June 29th: Composting (tutor TBC)
July 27th: Integrated pest and disease management (tutor TBC)
September 28th: Seed saving (tutor TBC)
October 26th: Preserving produce to extend the harvest (tutor TBC)
These workshops are free thanks to support from the National Lottery Community Fund in Wales. Donations are welcome to support Global Gardens Project. Suggested donation: £15 pay it forwards, £10 full fee, £5 concession.
