This hands-on workshop invites you to explore how small, simple actions such as growing your own greens can build everyday resilience, reconnect you with natural systems, and bring fresh food closer to home.
Set within a local market environment, this is a space to learn, make, and share in a relaxed, community-focused setting.
Each session will last 45 minutes and will provide you with key insights into Food Security and Resilience by learning how you can grown your own food at home.

What You’ll Learn
- How to grow pea shoots using hemp fibre (clean, soil-free, sustainable)
- A simple method for ongoing, repeat harvests
- How to care for your system with minimal time and effort
- The foundations of small-scale, at-home food production
