Small Group Therapy using Horticultural and Traditional Therapy to Treat Anxiety

Led by April Ellis a licensed clinical social worker and registered horticultural therapist this 90 min class will teach coping skills to address anxiety utilizing plants and natural elements.

This group offers a unique opportunity for individuals to:
