Join us for an exciting online event, Grow Now: Small Business Childcare Program (Dallas- Fort Worth), where we will review the history of the Texas Rising Star Program. Participants will gain a thorough knowledge of measures relating to the education, experience, and training of all staff including directors. Participants will walk away from this session with a complete understanding of the TRS program and staff qualifications.

In this module we will look at the measures relating to education and involvement of parents and families in the program and how the program is managed. Participants will walk away with tools to create an effective family education program, family involvement, and have the best

practices for program management.
