Explore the science and art of a plant’s full lifecycle in this hands-on workshop, presented in collaboration with . Students plant their own seeds and harvest their produce to enjoy in a tasting experience during this two-part workshop. Blending science, food literacy, and creativity, students walk away empowered by the experience of growing and enjoying their own harvests.
Each student receives a take-home grow kit equipped with a grow light, allowing learning to continue beyond the workshop.
Session 1: Decorate & Plant Microgreens (March 25th)

Session 2: Harvest & Replant (April 1st)
- Harvest your microgreens
- Taste your fresh produce in a fun activity
- Replant your grow kit to continue growing at home
Parents are welcome to drop-off or stay for class.
