About this Event
Community and environmental charity Groundwork East are running this course, 'Grow it, Cook it, Share It' which is completely free to attend and will focus on learning more about where our food comes from, what’s in season, how to grow food alongside savvy shopper tips and recipe ideas. It’s geared around preparing and cooking low-cost, nutritious meals that families can enjoy eating together.

WHEN: Every Friday, between 29 May until 17 July, 10am - 12.30pm

- You must live in Luton to be eligible
To register your interest, please reserve your spot, and we will be in contact with you to confirm details and officially book you onto the course. A reservation does not automatically ensure a placement on the course.
Each week will cover a different topic such as growing herbs and salad on the windowsill, growing from leftovers and preparing and cooking food with young children. There’ll be recipes to take home and try.

If the event is sold out, please join the waitlist. If families drop out of the course, you will be invited to take their place. If you have signed up and can no longer attend, please contact us, so we can offer your space to another family.
