Welcome to Grow & Flow!
Come join us for an all-levels indoor vinyasa flow designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and connect breath to movement. This welcoming class offers options for everybody, so you can move at your own pace and leave feeling balanced, energized, and refreshed.

How to Prepare:
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in
Bring water
Bring your own mat and any props you prefer (blocks, straps, blankets, etc.).
Arrival Time:
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled. Liability waivers must be signed prior to the event.
