Group TVM (Triple Vagal Method) healing session
If you’ve been feeling stuck, dysregulated, or ready to move beyond merely coping with your life, this space meets you there.
Each participant is supported through personalized nervous system integration, working with precise points on the body to facilitate the release of stored trauma and emotional imprints, and recalibration, within a curated group container. This is an excellent way to get an introduction to TVM! You will receive a full session at a deep discount compared to individual work!
Who this is for:
Individuals on a healing/ wellness path who have done some level of self-work and take responsibility for their own wellbeing-
And can handle being in deep process in a group with others.
Who this is not for:
Individuals in active addiction, PTSD, mental illnesses or on psychiatric medications. While these conditions can certainly be addressed with TVM- a group container is not an appropriate fit for those who meet this description.
