Join certified hypnotherapist, R.N., and Annapolis Crystals Co-owner Terry Levitan for a guided group past life regression at our shop in beautiful downtown Annapolis.
This meditative experience will help you learn from your past life experiences, to give you perspective and wisdom for your current life experiences or challenges. Terry's gentle hypnotherapy techniques help you to connect to your subconscious mind.
Whether you're new to the world of hypnotherapy and past lives, or have experienced this work before, this event is the perfect environment for you to explore past lives in a relaxed small group setting.

What To Expect
Participants are asked to bring a small blanket for settling into a relaxed, meditative experience in our zero gravity, lie-back chairs.
Terry will lead the group in an exploratory conversation prior to the session beginning, where you'll anchor into a place in your life that will keep you grounded and at ease throughout the class.
Terry will lead you deeper into a state of relaxation, so you can connect into the subconscious mind in order to engage memories of past lives.
Following the session, there will be time for reflection and discussion —we recommend bringing a journal for this purpose!
About Terry Levitan
Terry is one of the co-owners of Annapolis Crystals and brings a grounded, trusted wisdom to her spiritually-centered work. A RN with 40 years of experience working in Neonatal Intensive Care, maternal health, and hospice, Terry is an empath through and through. Terry is a Certified Hypnotherapist through the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists and specializes in past life exploration and chakra healing.
Why Past Life Group Hypnosis?
