Our solos guided walking holiday takes in the stunning Purbeck Hills – one of the finest landscape features in Dorset. They extend from the much eroded Handfast Point (or The Foreland) in the east for some fifteen miles to the cliffs of Cow Corner and the lonely cove of Arish Mell in the west. Part of the Jurassic coast, a real treat for discerning walkers.
We walk on the first afternoon, then two more days. We lunch in one of Dorset’s historic country inns. This holiday is run by local guides who have a vast knowledge of this beautiful area. We stay at the Springfield Country Hotel – with its leisure and spa facilities including an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Lovely meals and a special luxurious space to relax in after your walk.
Walking is moderate, some ascending and descending – we do have sections of the coast path to navigate, and you should be walking fit.
