ATP Health and Fitness Norwich will be running a Group Fitness Fundraiser on Saturday 20th July at the Hellesdon High School sports hall with all proceeds going to SADS UK.The event will start at 9am and finish at 11:30am at the latest
Here is a rundown of what will be included on the day:-
9-9:05am intro
9:05-9:25am Sculpt with Matt
9:25-9:45am Combat with Matt
9:45-10:05am HIIT with Hannah
10:05-10:25am Rockbox with Lou
10:25-10:45am Abs with Keree
10:45-11:05am Pilates with Polly
11:05-11:10am Cooldown with team ATP
11:15am - Thank you!
We have 100 spaces available and all fitness abilities are welcome to join in.

Where to go? The event will be in the large isolated sports hall which is the back of the school next to the tennis courts.
