ATP Health and Fitness Norwich are running a Group Fitness Fundraiser on Saturday 15th February at the Hellesdon High School sports hall with all proceeds going to AMBERS ARMY.The event will start at 10:30am and finish at 12:30pm at the latest
Here is a rundown of what will be included on the day:-
10:30-11am Intro, Warm Up & Sculpt with Matt
11-11:20am Combat with Matt
11:20-11:35am Abs with Matt
11:35-11:50am Hiit - tabata - Hannah
11:50-12:10pm Zumba - Simone & Chloe
12:10-12:25pm Pilates - Jackie
12:25pm Cooldown with team ATP
12:30pm - Thank you!
We have 100 spaces available and all fitness abilities are welcome to join in.

Can we ask everyone to bring a mat or large towel with them.

Where to go? The event will be in the large isolated sports hall which is the back of the school next to the tennis courts.
