We’ll meet at the Kalama park for the ride and take part in a mālama ʻāina activity before enjoying a Customer Appreciation BBQ hosted by South Maui Bicycles.

Meeting Place: Kalama Park 1900 S Kihei Rd, Kihei, HI 96753
Ride Leader: Walter
The group will begin at Kalama Park in Kihei and head south for approximately 9 miles until we reach our turnaround point at Makena State Park. We'll ride back towards Kalama Park for a total distance of 18.3 miles round trip.
This is an intermediate route with a 1000ft elevation gain and a max grade of 5%. View the route
The ride will end back at Kalama Park. Riders are invited to join us for a Customer Appreciation BBQ at the Kalama Park Playground Pavilion hosted by South Maui Bicycles. Contributions toward the food are appreciated — please bring some cash if you’d like to support the BBQ. Mahalo!
This ride is intended for intermediate and advanced riders who can maintain average speeds of 12-14mph. E-bikes are welcome, but we ask all e-bikers to adhere to our safety and etiquette expectations! Equipment is not provided and helmets are required for all riders.
