Group Acupuncture and Sound Bath

As we discuss how to support our bodies and regulate our nervous systems, you will be guided through a deeply calming community-style acupuncture session, or for those who chose to abstain from taking needles we offer non-invasive ear seeding. The session will be accompanied with a soothing sound bath, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to fully integrate the healing experience.
