Welcome Fall with this special workshop, designed to help you feel grounded in this time of seasonal change. We’ll do a variety of yoga poses, breathing and meditation techniques to help you connect your feet and feel calm and balanced. I’ll be drawing on my knowledge of yoga, the Indian medical science of Ayurveda, and other therapeutic practices to create this workshop. No previous knowledge or experience needed. This practice is appropriate for anyone who can get on and off the floor with ease. Expect to do a variety of poses, including standing postures. We will be moving slowly and intentionally, and detailed instructions will be given to support students at all levels of experience.
Workshop fee: $20. Includes 1 week of recording access for those who can’t attend live or who would like to review the practice more than once.
